Born in Hong Kong, Sarah started her ballet training at the age of four. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honors) degree from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2009.

Lo was awarded several scholarships during her study.  She performed “DIFFER 2” with Passoverdance(HK) and Re:dance theatre (Singapore) in 2014.

Lo has worked for The Hong Kong Polytechnic University as a visiting lecturer in 2016. Lo is now a freelance dancer, choreographer and dance tutor.
